Mystic Route of Seven Lagoons of Ausangate

We start picking up passengers at 4:30 am from the different hotels and hostels, to then go to the Tinke community 3780 masl (approximately 3 hours) and take the detour to the Pacchanta community 4310 masl (approximately 40 minutes), where we will have breakfast and begin the tour of the 7 lagoons (approximately 6.5 km). we will have a five-hour walk visiting the lagoons of Azulqocha, Otorongo, Alqacocha, Q'omercocha and Patacocha 4740 masl; We will also be able to appreciate the Ausangate mountain. During the journey we will see native birds of the area, Alpacas, Llamas, many Vizcachas and with luck even the Andean Condor. After doing a circuit we will return to Pacchanta to enjoy lunch and to relax in the Pacchanta hot springs. (Optional)

We will return to the city of Cusco (approximately 6:00 p.m.)

8:40 AM Beginning of the Walk (The lagoons will be observed during the walk) Lagoons Huchuypukacocha, Hatun pukacocha, Tecyacocha, Otorongo Male and Otorongo Female, Azulcocha, Queyllacocha.
10:45 AM Arrival to the last lagoon at 4650 masl
11:15 AM Descent to the starting point (Pacchanta Community)
13:30 PM Free time to visit the thermal baths (optional)
14:30 PM Lunch time
15:00 PM Return to the city of Cusco
18:30 PM Arrival to the city of Cusco

Recommendations
The excursion in the lagoons takes place in an area with a height between 4200 masl to 4650 masl. It is an area with a frigid climate, therefore it is necessary to wear clothing that provides heat (windbreaker, gloves, caps, etc.). It is also advisable to bring snacks that provide energy and calories (chocolates or candies) all this just for a better visit.
